Consignment
What's included.
We list your eligible cards on Fanatics Collect through a direct rep relationship, prep each card for grading, manage the listing, track the sale, and pay you out with an itemized statement when the card sells.
Eligibility.
Cards with a declared raw value of $250 or more. Sports, Pokemon, and other TCG cards. Already-graded slabs and raw cards both qualify — raw cards are submitted to PSA, BGS, or CGC before listing.
Pricing.
10% commission on net take-home (sale price minus Fanatics fees). The other 90% is yours. We don't take a cut until your card sells.
What you pay up front.
One thing: the inbound FedEx label after we've approved your card. Every other fee comes out of the sale. Grading fees, if your card is raw, also pass through at the grader's rate and are deducted at payout.

Grading-prep cleaning
What's included.
A careful wipe, debris removal, and gentle polish on any holo foil scratches — the best presentation for a fair shot at a strong grade. No structural manipulation. About ten minutes of hands-on time per card to look it over and prep it properly.
Available as.
A per-card add-on within a consignment submission. We don't do cleaning-only jobs separate from consignment. Included automatically when you select conservation.
Pricing.
$25 per card, flat. Deducted from sale proceeds along with all other fees.
Conservation
What's included.
Museum-grade preservation work using archival materials. Crease reduction, corner work, edge repair, surface smoothing, delamination repair, and re-pressing — applied appropriately to the card and its condition. Cleaning is included with every conservation job; no separate fee.
What we will not do.
We don't promise grade bumps and we don't market around grader policies. Conservation is disclosed to graders per their policies. Each card is photographed before, during, and after.
Eligibility.
Cards with a projected restored value of $1,500 or more. We set that number after we've reviewed your card.
Pricing.
Quoted per card in writing before any work begins. After we review your submission, we set a projected restored value and send you a fee quote with a signed addendum. You see the dollar amount and decide before the card moves. The conservation fee comes out of the sale, separate from the 10% consignment commission.
Grading submission management
What's included.
All raw consigned cards are routed through PSA, BGS, or CGC for authentication and grading before listing. We pick the grader based on the card type, expected grade, and condition. We submit, track turnaround, and enter results into your portal when they come back.
Pricing.
Grading fees pass through to you at the grader's published rate, deducted at payout. We confirm the rate with you before submitting.
