SMS Terms
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Broly's Consignment Services. What we send depends on how you opted in, as described below.
1. Consent
Your consent to receive text messages is express and entirely optional. You can opt in by checking the unchecked, optional checkbox in your customer account; by checking the unchecked, optional text-message box on our Facebook consignment form; by checking the same optional box when you drop off cards at our card-show table; or by texting us first at 843-585-3886. The boxes are never pre-checked, and opting in is never required to create an account, send us a form, submit a consignment, or be paid. We do not offer a text-to-join keyword. 2. Message Types
If you opt in through your customer account or at our card-show table, we send transactional texts about your consignment: status updates, intake confirmation, grading results, and listing and payout notifications. If you check the text-message box on our Facebook consignment form, we text you about your cards: a reply to your form, up to two follow-up texts if we don't hear back, and texts that confirm, move, or cancel a call with Jesse. If you text us first, we reply in that conversation and text you about the consignment or call you set up with us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
3. Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact us at 843-585-3886 or BrolysConsignments@gmail.com.
How you opt in to SMS
SMS updates are off by default. In your customer account, you turn them on by checking this box — exactly as shown here:
