• Submission information about your items: descriptions, conditions, requested services, grader preferences, and photographs you upload.
• Transaction and payout information: sale records, payout amounts, and wire reference details needed to pay you.
• Usage information: basic technical data (device/browser, log data) generated when you use the site.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account; to intake, process, photograph, grade, list, and sell your items through Fanatics Collect; to calculate and send payouts; to communicate with you about your submissions; and to maintain the audit trail that is the core of our service.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to provide the service:

• Fanatics Collect — to submit, grade, list, and sell your items.
• Service providers that run our platform — authentication, file/photo storage, database hosting, and (when enabled) SMS messaging — acting on our behalf.
• Legal — if required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell or share your phone number for marketing.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories — including IP, browser type, and analytics — exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help.

4. Photographs

Photos of your items may be used for our marketing, portfolio, and educational purposes unless you object in writing. Photos that document your specific submission remain part of your private audit trail.

5. Data Retention

We retain account, submission, and transaction records as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal and tax obligations.

If you opt out of SMS by replying STOP, we keep your phone number and a record of the opt-out for up to 24 months to honor your request and meet legal recordkeeping obligations, then delete it unless it is still needed for an active consignment, payout, or dispute.

6. Your Choices & Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Deleting certain records may be limited by our legal and tax obligations.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18.
