How a submission moves from your hands to your payout.
Create an account.
Email and phone. You'll get SMS updates at every status change — you can opt out anytime by replying STOP.
Fill out the submission form.
For each card: year, set, subject, variant, any notes, declared raw value for insurance, and a few photos uploaded straight from your phone. Front and back are required; up to six photos total.
Flag any cards for conservation.
If you think a card needs more than basic grading prep — crease, soft corner, edge wear, surface mark — flag it and tell us what you see. We'll come back with a quote after intake review.
Sign each agreement.
One signature per card for consignment; an additional signature per card for cleaning if you've selected it. Digital signatures with full audit trail. Conservation addenda are signed later, once we've quoted the work.
Submit for review.
We review your cards within one business day. If a card needs a conservation quote, we set a projected restored value, send you a written quote, and you accept or decline.
Pay for your FedEx label.
Once every card is resolved — approved or dropped — you pay one inbound FedEx label. That's your only upfront cost. Every other fee comes out of the sale.
Ship.
Drop the package at any FedEx location. The label is insured at the declared value you chose.
Intake.
We photograph the sealed package on arrival, then photograph each card individually before any work begins.
Cleaning and conservation (if applicable).
Before-and-after photos uploaded to your portal. Conservation work is logged step by step against the signed quote.
Grading submission.
For raw cards. We submit to PSA, BGS, or CGC and post the submission number and expected return date to your portal.
Results.
Slab photos uploaded; you're notified by SMS.
Listing.
Your card goes live on Fanatics Collect. You get the listing link.
Sale and payout.
When the card sells, we deduct consignment commission and any conservation, cleaning, or grading fees, generate an itemized statement, and pay you out.
