Create an account.
Email and phone. You'll get SMS updates at every status change — you can opt out anytime by replying STOP.
Fill out the submission form.
For each card: year, set, subject, variant, any notes, declared raw value for insurance, your preferred grader — PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, or ask us to advise — and a few photos uploaded straight from your phone. Front and back are required; up to six photos total.
Sign each agreement.
One signature per card for consignment; an additional signature per card for cleaning if you've selected it. Digital signatures with full audit trail.
Submit for review.
We review your cards within one business day.
Get your cards to us.
Once every card is resolved — approved or dropped — we text you to arrange it. Local to Myrtle Beach? Hand them off in person. Otherwise ship them to us insured, with your own carrier, at your own cost. Nothing else is due up front; every other fee comes out of the sale.
Intake.
We photograph the sealed package on arrival, then photograph each card individually before any work begins.
Cleaning (if applicable).
Your card's intake photo is the before. Finished work is photographed when it comes off the bench and posted to your portal.
Grading submission.
For raw cards. We submit to PSA, BGS, CGC, or SGC and post the submission number and expected return date to your portal.
Results.
Grade and cert number posted to your portal; you're notified by SMS.
Listing.
Your card goes live on Fanatics Collect. You get the listing link.
Sale and payout.
When the card sells, we deduct our commission — a flat 5% of the hammer price on auction sales, or 15% of net proceeds on Buy It Now sales — plus any fronted grading fees, generate an itemized statement, and pay you out. Grading prep is free.
